This girl became famous after she starred a Disney Channel movie called Camp Rock with Jonas Brothers. Demi started to act since she was six years old. Her first stage was Barney and Friends, a famous TV show for children which contains singing and dancing. She starred as Angela, the girl with glasses, along with her best friend until now, Selena Gomez (Alex in Wizards of Waverly Place). They met in the show and have been best friends since then.

Her debut in Disney Channel was started when she appeared in short Disney series, As The Bell Rings. She is Charlotte Adams in that movie. Since 2008, we can see her on Disney Channel Camp Rock , together with Jonas Brothers. Here, Demi takes part as Mitchie Torres, the daughter of cook on a camp who is dreaming of being a rock star. Mitchie then has to lie to everybody that she can join the camp because her mother is the cook. The camp itself is in rock-and-roll atmosphere.

Another Disney Channel series which she is working in is Welcome to Mollywood. Beside of acting, Demi Lovato is also a singer and musician. Her latest album is Don’t Forget (released on September 23, 2008). Demi is good in playing guitar and piano. Demi and Jonas Brothers help each other by writing songs on each album.
